This is a hardcover book from the Cook’s Library collection titled “One Pot.” It is, of course, a collection of recipes of complete meals cooked in just one pot such as stews and casseroles. Cooking in one pot simplifies cooking. There is only one pot to watch and there are fewer dishes to wash afterward. The book is organized simply: Introduction, Meat, Poultry, Vegetables, Fish & Seafood, and Index. There is a large photo of each meal.
This is only one of several books in the Cook’s Library collection. It is published by Parragon Publishing and is a 2003 edition. It has 176 pages, is 83/4 X 11 inches. The book is used but still has the original dust cover. The dust cover has a minor tear and there is some shelf wear but otherwise is in good condition.
